RETURN POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS*

1. NON-CONFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

a. If buyer notifies to us within 72 hours of receipt of the goods that the goods received are non-conforming or defective, we shall have commercially reasonable time in which to repair or replace them with conforming goods.

b. If we are unable to repair or replace the goods with proof of purchase, then the buyer may be returned the goods to us.

c. Buyer acknowledges that unless buyer strictly complies with the returned goods policy set out below, purchase made by the buyer shall be deemed final and buyer shall deemed to have release us from,

(i) any claim for refund or credit, and

(ii) any type of damages whatsoever.

 

2. EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED GOODS

a. You can submit any item for an exchange to a different size, colours or items within 7 days of receipt.

b. We will be happy to exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition and in original, undamaged packaging along with the invoice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. Please note all goods will be inspected on return.

c. If you wish to exchange or cancel an order, contact us on info@alston.lk or +94 710326457.

d. Please have the order number and date of order at hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will have to hand it over to Alston Stationery Pvt Ltd at No. 68, W.A.D. Ramanayake Mawatha, Colombo 02.

e. The customer must bear the delivery charges to deliver and return

 

3. RETURNED GOODS

a. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. However, the customer must bear the delivery charges to deliver and return.

b. Should a refund be issued by us, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction.

c. Please click here to complete the Online Returns Form. Make sure the returns form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel since we can’t process your return without these details. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 3-7 working days.

d. We refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge. This is unless your order was cancelled before the items were dispatched or the entire order was faulty or incorrect. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is needed to be exchanged with a different colour or a size.

 

4. NON REFUNDABLE GOODS

We do not refund/exchange/or provide credit for the following goods:

a. Papers

b. Pens
